    Eastside Dojo brought in a 5 time IJF World Kata competitor, Doug Newcomer in to teach Nage-no-Kata, translated as "Forms of Throwing".The primary objectives of Nage-no-Kata include demonstrating proper form, balance, timing, and control in executing various throwing techniques.
